Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I co signed a loan for my friend. Now she has moved out of state I do not know her address or how to contact her. I am worried she is going to stick me with these loans. What do I do?

Unfortunately, as a co-signer, you are responsible for this debt. If you have an agreement that your friend was to pay this, you might be able to sue her, but you would need to find her, and win, and then be able to collect the judgment. If she is not paying this loan, it is possible she does not have the money to satisfy any judgment you might get against her.
