Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

if i will borrow some money from my friend and give him a notarized written document that i will pay you interest until i will pay the actual amount.can you please tell me if i can;t pay my interest after two years because of lost my job so can he will take legal action against me?

If you borrowed money, and you have not paid it as agreed, then yes, he can sue you.
