Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am a 36 year old woman who has never been in trouble with the law, period. Last week I was caught with 2.5 grams of cannibus in Illinois. I don't know if I will get court supervision because I've never been in trouble, or am I being naive & should seek counsel. I am currently unemployed & need help.

Seek counsel. Protecting your employability should be your prime motivation. And if you paid for the weed, you should pay for the need.
