once afelon always a felon

is i possable to exsponge a felony conviction from someones legal records and how do you do that?

There are certain felony sentences (particularly, but not exclusively related to first time drug offenders) that carry with them the possibility of having the judgement vacated, and the records expunged. Absent that situation, felonies can be removed otherwise in only one fashion, through an order of executive clemency issued by the governor. There is a specific process to petition the governor on that issue and you should contact an attorney if you wish to seek that type of resolution.
