Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was caught Shoplifted at the retail store in amount of 150 dollars.
The polices took me and I did fingerprints, photograph, and I have a court date in next 3 weeks.
I wonder if I do need to hire the lawyer to help me with this? This was the first offense of mine and I felt regret to what I have done.
