Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was charged with a felony and they dropped it to a misdemeanor. One last thing and I was done. Last night a friend stole beer from a gas station. I'm underage and had no idea he did it. The gas station got my plates and now the police are looking for me. Am I going to jail?
