Drug Conspiracy

My fiance is facing federal charges, but the only vidence that they have are phone conversations, no drug transactions, or surveillance, a key person on the case is in cooperation with the prosecutors, what do you reccomend, also they are trying to pull him in on a leadership charge with just this evidence

I recommend that the defendant hire the very best criminal defense attorneyt hat he can afford. He is facing serious time in prison.

A conspiracy is when 2 or more people agree to violate the law, and take a step in furtherance of that conspiracy. The phone call could be the step in furtherance. My guess is, though, that the government has more. Especially if they have someone cooperating. You must hire a lawyer immediately. Please call for further discussion.
