Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Expunge Arrest Record

In June '99 I was arrested for Domestic Battery/Phyical Contact and Aggravated Assault/Deadly Weapon. The battery charge was dismissed (Nolle Prosequi). The Assault charge I pled guilty to in exchange for 18 months of supervision. I completed the 18 months so I do NOT have a conviction record on file with the Illinois State Police, but I still have an arrest record. This is the ONLY arrest on my record and I would like to have them expunged. What can I do?
