Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
false identy
My brother was arrested 5 yeas ago and used my name. The matter has since been cleared. Now he is wanted on another charge. My name is coming up as an alias so I get pulled over when ever the police run my plates. Is there anyway to clear this to keep my name from coming up?
