Re: Indicted ???????

Your boyfriend has been given, in addition to the indictment, a court date in Room 101 at 26th & California. At that date, he will be assigned to a trial court for further proceedings, including arraingment (at which time he will be given a written copy of the charges and advised orally by the judge of the case pending against him).

He definitely needs a lawyer. My partner Bill Raines, a former Assistant State's Attorney like myself, handles most of our 26th Street matters. He can be reached at our Chicago office at 312-332-6311.

First of all you boyfriend definitely need a lawyer. At the next court date, when he is arraigned and enters his plea, his lawyer will get a copy of the indictment and the information the state has to support the charges. You can call me if you have any questions.
