What is the statute of limitations to bring charges resulting from a search conducted by the IL. state police?

Hello. I assume you are referring to a civil

lawsuit for an unlawful search performed by the State Police. It should be brought within 2 years of the search; the sooner the better. This

should be handled carefully and you should retain
