Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Hello, I'm nervous because the father of my child was arrested for trespassing at a convenient store. Once he went to his court date they arrested him for violation of probation. He has a court date next month. I was wondering what is going to happen and would he be sentence to do time? He told me the person never told him he was banned he never received any warning. Just need to know what is going to happened? Really nervous and scared here.

The first thing you need to do is hire an experienced criminal defense attorney. As for trespass,

there must be prior warning. If that's brought out at trial, he should win. That usually would make the violation of probation go away, but not necessarily. Please call me at 708-263-8212 for a free consultation.
