obstructing justice

My husband was arressted for obstructing justice. They went to tell him to turn his music down and he did but was obnoxious they thought he had a shotgun and was loading it they arressted him but there was not shotgun. what is the bail for this and what can he get out of it? We do not know what to do.

The judge assigned to the case will

generally set bond, however sometimes

local police are slow in transported

a person from the lockup to court.

He certainly needs representation and

should make absolutely no statements

to anyone while in custody. He should

also not sign any papers. He has

a right to remain silent.
