Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
can the police do this
a friend of my son pulled in the driveway she was drunk she wasn't driving the car but the car was her's the car was inpounded and she can't get the car out of inpound cause she won't tell who was deriving the car and the police will not let her get the car back until she tells the police who was driving is that legal. she was drunk at the time and can't remember who was driving. the driver ran
