reinstatement fee for license

i recieved ticket for driv. on susp. if i pay reinstatement fee before court will they return my license an drop ticket or will they just take my money and not give me license

It really depends upon a number of issues. Where you have court is important because in some counties the prosecutors will drop a case if you come in with a good license. Some counties will not do that, but will agree to supervision if you have your license back. The second consideration is why you license is suspended. If it is DUI related then the issues are different and you are treated differently than someone suspended for too many parking tickets, though technically the possible penalty is the same in each instance. If you have the ability to get your license reinstated you should do so, since it is likely you will receive better treatment than if you still are suspended when you go to court.
