Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

seal or pardon criminal record

I'm a 19 year old man with a criminal backgroung for drugs. I have a class 1 conviction for delivery of cocaine and two misdemeanor convictions for posession of cannibus. I also have a DUI conviction and Reckless driving. All of those infractions were before I turned 18 but the felony was committed when I was 17 and I was charged as an adult. I'm pursuing my Bachelor's in Business Management and havent had contact with the law since being released in January of 2008. Is there any chance of getting some or all of my record sealed, ever? Any advice would help, Thank you

Re: seal or pardon criminal record

Perhaps, but you must wait 5 years after your release from prison, or the end of your sentence, on your last case. Good luck.
