my son was arrested in illinois a class 4 felony (precursors) and a class 2 felony obstruction of justice. what is the minimum sentence if its the first time ever in trouble.

If he has never been in trouble, your attorney could probably get probation, boot camp, or drug school (depending on his age). But then again, it all comes down to the exact facts of the case. You would need to see an attorney who can then go over the police reports.
