How to stop False child abuse accusations

Hello. This is a very serious situation. If a court order permits a parent to have visits with their child or the accused parent is the one who has been awarded custody, the judge should be informed of the false child abuse accusations so that the Court can put an end to it, once and for all. On the other hand, one falsely accused of child abuse may consider filing a lawsuit for slander. A slander lawsuit is a lawsuit where a person seeks money damages from another for false statements made about him/her which hurt that person's reputation. You need to seek legal advice immediately.
