Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

unjustice

I was at my home drunk and started a fight breaking things in my parents home, they called the police and I was arrested. I pleaded guilty and received a $2500.00 bond, I could not pay it, and they released me on house arrest. While I have been on house arrest my wife came and took my truck unknowingly to me and went and bought drugs. She took a foster boy with her that my parents have. When they came back, the police saw them crossing the ferry into Illinois from Missouri, and questioned her, she left the house liying to the police and was not seen again until she would drop a clean UA. The sheriff asked my father if he could search his home, and he allowed it. The sheriff gave me a UA, not sealing it in front of me, carrying it out to the police car, just in the cup. Two weeks later I was working and they came and arrested me for a dirty drop. I then paid my $2,500.00 bond, but they refuse to take off the ankel monitor. I phoned the Satates Attorney and he was pissed, when I told him how it was handled. They took another drop the day they arrested me, and that drop I did not sign for seeing them seal it. I feel like I have a case and want this monitor off due to the fact I paid my bond.
