Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

my vehicle was not fixed proper from some bmw facility i had driven my vehicle for quite sometime with an understanding that it was fixed proper because this bmw facility said that it was fixed proper and this bmw facility said they fixed my car exactly to what illinois vehicle code says they also told my insurance it was fixed proper when some other bmw facility found that my vehicle was not fixed proper and was not fixed to illinois vehicle code my bmw had to be fixed once again at some other bmw facility as well as my insurance had to be contacted once again as well this bmw facility endangered my life as well as any else's life who was in my car as well as other drivers or pedestrians when my vehicle was in operation
