ok i have 2 kids 6 and 3 by a sex offerend could i keep them away from him please help

Hello. You most certainly can get help. If he has not been legally declared the father of your children, he has no rights as a parent. On the other hand, if there is a court case where he is named the father, you can go into court and ask the judge to consider keeping dad from having visits with your children due to the fact that he is a convicted sex offender. This is a difficult process and I suggests you get a lawyer. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
