Hi, my name is bobby i live in illinois. the age of consent here is 17, my girlfriend is 17 im 22 is it legal if she got pregnant by me?

If she was 17 at the time of the sexual act then you are okay. There are no special provisions for a resulting pregnancy. However, you should be aware of your rights and duties as the father of the child. We are happy to privately chat with you about this if you would like.
