Re: neighbors calling police for music at all times of the day

You need to work out a period of time when playing music is ok and when it is not. This needs to be done with the neighbor's input. Both of you deserve to be able to enjoy your homes. You however cannot disturb his quiet enjoyment of his home and he should not be using the police to harass you.

It would be a good idea to see if the police dept. or the local bar association has a program to mediate these types of disputes.

Neighbor disputes can be very dangerous and often lead to violence. It would be in your and their best interest to work this out so you can both enjoy your homes.

Good luck.
