Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

Could you sue someone if they are using their 1st amendment rights? Even if it was for discrimination? I am African American and I have these neighbors who always call me the N word. They never damage my property or anything of the sort, but they always call me racial slurs.

Yes. At a minimum it sounds like a claim for the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
