19 years ago i was convicted of dui. I was recently arrested in illinois for dui in 2011. How will the first dui be looked at?

There is a 20-year lookback rule, so this could be deemed a second offense and there could be jail time. Get an attorney involved immediately. And it depends on whether you are talking about the DUI as a criminal charge vs. your driver's license being suspended or revoked.....
