under age consumption

will i loose my license if i got a ticket for underage consumption?

Also if i was not drunk and i did not blow can i plead not guilty?

You won't lose your license due to merely receiving the ticket, but you will lose your license if you plead guilty to it.

You can always plead not guilty. If you want to fight the charges, I do suggest you get a lawyer.
