Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I want to know how to get my driver's license back, that I haven't had since around 1997. Can you please interpret my driving record report, and tell me what I need to do in order to get my license back. Thanks so much for your help, Michele.

The easiest way to figure out what you need to do to get your driver's license back is to talk to the secretary of state. Ask to talk to an administrative hearing officer. They will ask you for your license number and some additional information and then they will tell you the steps necessary to have your license reinstated.

I agree. Call the Secretary of States office and ask them.

If you lost your License due to a DUI you will need additional paperwork such as an evaluation not less than 6 mos. old.
