Driving Under the Influence

I got a DUI and did not blow so my license is suspended for twelve months under IL law. I was wondering if there is any way to overturn the suspension and not have to get the breathalyzer machine installed in my car?(requirements for work permit) Or is the work permit my only route?

Yes, you can file a petition to rescind the suspension.
