driving under the influence of mariajuana

was pulled over for turn single not working and got a dui for marijuana what type of sentence can i get and is there any way to get it dropped to a different charge?

Depending upon exactly where you are required to appear in Court, it may be possible to have the state's attorney amend the charge, or it may be possible to arrange for a plea bargain under which you would get supervision and thus avoid a conviction on your record.
