Most likely your supervision is going to be revoked on your first DUI and you will be facing charges AGAIN for that first DUI also.

They are filing a petition to revoke you supervision on the first DUI and have you re-sentenced.

A supplemental violation was filed by the states attorney because you picked up another charge (your second DUI) while still on supervision for the first DUI. Practically speaking, this means that you can be re-sentenced on the first DUI (which on the high end is punishable by up to a year in jail).

You will need an attorney who may be able to combine the two charges into on sentence, or fight the second charge to get you back on supervision with the first.

If you would like to discuss your matter please contact me.

Good luck
