Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

failure to appear and now out of the state

What happens when you don't go to all your court cases and leave the state. All b/c of a DUI charge? Now there is a warrant put out for you in that state can they expedite you? Can you ever get a license again?

The State of Illinois will probably not spend the money to extradite you for a misdomeamor. However, all of the state's motor vehicle divisions have the info that you are suspended in Illinois for failure to appear to answer to DUI charges, so you will be suspended in every state. Your best bet is to clear this up with Illinois.
