Your post does not tell us what part of the state of Illinois you are in or what court your hearing is in. There are many competent attrorneys available throughout the state, and several who contribute regularly on this site. Hello. You definitely need a lawyer for a

DUI case. This charge is serious and should be

handled carefully. Once an appearance is filed

by the attorney, preliminary motions need to be

filed such as a motion to quash and a motion to
