Legal Question in Elder Law in Illinois

I am my mothers wPOA and also her trust deed for after she passes I am to help split up he monies and property amongst us four siblings. Know my mother is 84 years and she has demention my 1 brother and 1 sister wants to take me to court so they can be it for the power reason she is being taking care of very well by my sister and me. Can they do that? If they can how can I protect myself?

Your siblings can argue that you have not acted in your mother's best interests and take you to Court in an attempt to prove that and remove you as your mother's Trustee and/or Agent under a Power of Attorney.
