Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Illinois
Hello,
I have began branding myself as The World's Tallest Chef, for my private chef business and website. I wish to trademark this. Will this conflict with Guinness Book of World Records. I am not using Guinness Book of world records in any part of my business. Thank you.

I would think that you are not claiming any connection with Guinness, so there would not be a problem. Guiness has no claim to your boast.Only if you were claiming to be certified by Guiness would it be a problem.
