Illinois DNR
I'm sitting in a tavern and a DNR officer tells another snowmobiler to tell me to come outside or he will tow my sled, I refused and he eventually went away. Can he legally make that request?

I suppose if it was illegally parked, or he suspected some other violation of the law, this would be a legitimate request.
