Theatrical Disclaimer
I need a disclaimer for a theatrical production saying that it is a fictional story and so are the characters. Is there any specific langiuage that I must include?

Yes, there is specific language that
must be used. This is very technical
and you may not want to try this by
yourself. I suggest contacting your
local bar association and asking
the bar association to refer an
attorney. You want the language
of the disclaimer to be right so that
you won't get sued.
