Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am a 27 y/o and my mother filed for child support on my father when I was 2. The paternity test proved that he was my father at the time of filing, but the court ruled that he wasn't and that he didn't have to pay. Is it to late for her to reopen the case because of my age?
