My x-wife was given the car by the courts in our divorce but she dident transfer the title in her name and she is late with the payments all the time and its affecting my credit,what can i do?

Hello. You should take your ex-wife back to
court by filing a petition for rule to show
cause against her for the manner in which she
has not taken responsibility for the car
payments. will be happy to answer any additional
questions you may have.
