Child

My daughters mom left the state without my permision and her phone has been shut down i want to kn what can i do. I know where she lives

Let me say two things:

First, generally the "other" parent doesn't need your permission to leave the state. Do you have an Order/Judgment that says specifically she can't take your daughter out of state?

Second, you could possibly have a court hold her in contempt for following to follow a court's order. I'd need to hear more about custody/visitation status as to whether or not you could accomplish anything else like a custody change or visitation restriction.
