Re: my child

Hello. If the father of your 13 year old child's baby is 18 years or more, you should consider bringing criminal charges against the man for statutory rape on behalf of your daughter who is a minor. If the man is employed, you may want to also consider filing a civil lawsuit against him on behalf of your daughter for money damages, etc on account of statutory sexual assault. Your daughter is too young to legally consent. Once the your grandchild is born, you should immediately take steps to have the father of your grandchild legally declared the father and then obtain an order of child support for the benefit of your grandchild. This could assist in the care of your 13 year old daughter. You have alot of options, but putting your daughter out, in my opinion, is not an option as long as she is under the age of 18. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
