how do i go about getting child support? I been trying and trying but no ones seems to help me.

Paperwork aside, you need to establish paternity (if it hasn't been adjudicated), then file a petition for child support. Local rules of your county will have unique procedures to follow in this regard, get familiar with them. Or hire an attorney to do it for you properly.
