Child Support

My father has been missing in action my whole life I just found him a year ago and he acknowledges that I am his daughte, but he doesn' t even try to keep up with me. I am now 25 years old, can he be forced to pay back support? I am a full time colllege student with 2 children and 1 on the way.

Only if there was child support order in place when the court determined paternity. You cannot get a child support order now.
