Child Support

I am 21 years old and I have never recieved child support from my father. My mother never applied. I was just wondering if there was a way to get that back child support that is techniclly owed to me.

Your mom has a right to go back into court and seek child support. She should get legal representation and the sooner she takes action, the better. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
