how do I get my contested divorce case dismissed?I am the respondent. what grounds can i use for dismissal?

Hello. In the State of Illinois, the court will dismiss a divorce petition if it was filed incorrectly, if the petitioner has unreasonably delayed serving the respondent, or the case has been on the court's call for an unreasonable period of time with no action on the part of the petitioner.
