if a custodial parent can get an increase before 3 yrs, what would have to be the circumstances for it to be so?

to motion up a child support case that was originally filed in cook county has to be done in cook county even if the non-custodial parent now lives in will county?the motion is about a drop off house that can be located between me & the custodial parent. I live in joliet, she lives in matteson, ill

i had gap insurance, had an accident, went to use the gap insurance, but the dealership went out of business.i'm now repaying the finance company for what the gap insurance was to cover, can i recover this money & how would i do this?

In cook unless both parties no longer on Cook. Most times non-custodial parent has to do all the driving, especially if it was he who moved.

Change - more than 10% increase in payor's salary.
