Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughter went and got child support it was supposed to be for two children but they only gave it for one child her husband joined the army and left her with his parents she didn`t like it there and then moved in with my oldest daughter . her husband then started to send all his money to his mom and she would give her what ever she thought she deserved then she went to child support and she thought it was for the two children but only got it for one there says he wants custidy of only one child when he has two children and how much is it for two children?

Until paternity is established (Which I'm 99.9% it has not), the most she is entitled to is for 1 child under the 505 guidelines. Contact a family law attorney in your area for assistance, handing this on her own has cost her thousands of dollars she will not be able to get backdated.
