My son-in-law thru my daughter out of their house in May. since then she has not been able to see her children. He refuses to even let her talk to them. They are 6 and 2. They are not divorced. What can she do to see her children?

She lives with me and only has a part time job. She had the kids at the age of 15. She needs help and we don't know who to turn to.

Re: My daughter has not seen her children in 7 months

Your daughter needs the assistance of the Court. It appears that she has

no other alternative but to file a Petition For Legal Separation. She

needs a lawyer. It is important that

your grandchildren see their mother regularly for their own good. A Legal Separation case will allow your daughter to seek full custody of your

grandchildren. Also, with custody,

your daughter will get child support. I will be happy to discuss this with you further.
