Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am going through a divorce, I have court in june 18. My husband has filed an order of protection against me. How do I counter with an order of protection of my own?

You can't file an OP for the sake of having an OP. Read the OP statute, there must be specific facts present for the court to even consider one. Get an attorney or contact legal aid, just get someone involved who knows what they're doing.
