Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

After divorce, my ex-husband continutes to drive a truck with license plates jointly registered with me on the registration. Pursuant to the divorce, I have no ownership interest in this vehicle, but remain on the title, loan, and license plates as he refuses to take action. He has been repeatedly running through toll booths in Illinois (our home state) and causing tickets to be sent to me since i am listed on the registration. He knows he is doing this and refuses to stop. What sort of lawsuit can be filed to force him to stop this behavior and pay for the fees and problems associated?

Take him back into the court that handled your divorce and file a "Rule to Show Cause" why he shouldn't be held in contempt. Talk first to the attorney who handled your divorce and follow his/her advice.
