If I sent divorce papers to my ex husband to be served twice, who is incarcerated in orange county Florida, and every time I do, they conveniently say that he has been moved to another facility I am due in front of the judge February 1.
Will the courts grant my divorce without him actually being served? I am in Illinois.

No. If he cannot be served, you might be able to serve him by publication.
